Camarsol´s aim is to sell properties in Spain that are good for the buyer and that do not bring along problems.  Therefore, the company has an organisation with knowledge and experience that cover most areas and aspects for securing a safe, effective and quality home purchase in Spain.

Patricia Henna - Norwegian and Mexican citizenship is educated  as translator Spanish/english, she also speaks fluent Norwegian.  She has worked as cultural attaché for the Mexican Embassy in Norway, has experience and worked with art and interior design in Norway, Mexico and Venezuela.  Patricia is responsible for the administrative part of the company as well as responsible for takeovers, documentation and all formal and tax and legal matters related to a purchase. She is also married to....

Sigurd Henna -  is also a Norwegian citizen and with a degree of economics/MBA. Sigurd has long experience internationally in oil, shipping and financial industry, especialized in projects in Latin America.  Sigurd is mainly reponsible for sale and assistance/advice regarding financing, project evaluation, market analysis and all related to contracts with builders and promoters and all development of the projects we work with.  He speaks fluent Norwegian as well as German, English and Spanish.

Pilar Gas Pallarés - Owns and runs an accounting, auditing and administrative company, AZ in Guardamar.  Accounting, tax matters, contracts and all related to keeping out of trouble with the tax authorities are her expertise.  Her assitance and counselling in all matters regarding foreigners buying property in Spain as well as tax returns,etc are of utmost importance for any buyer and an important part of Camarsol´s quality assurance concept.  There are enough stories out there that confirm the need and the help of qualified professionals in this matter-

Ana Rodriguez del Olmo - Anita is a lawyer and an important team member for any matter regarding tax law, inheritance matters and any sort of legal situation around a purchase of a home in Spain.  She has experience within the real estate sector and knows exactly how the bureocracy works, this is very important in Spain. Her experience and knowledge are very important for the quality assurance of Camarsol´s concept.

Jesus Huertas Parodi - Jesus is the architect that knows and does much more than just drawing houses.   He is a key person when it comes to building liscences, what is allowed and not, technical documentation, and most of all make sure everything is done legally and correct.  He is very good and creative in all regarding modernisation, changes, increasing and analyzing projects of different kinds.
